Candid Moments: Why the In-Between Matters

The best photograph from a wedding is rarely the one anyone planned. It is the look passed across a crowded room, or a hand resting on a shoulder while everyone else is watching the cake.

Catching it means staying close but quiet — no direction, no “look here.” Most of the job is simply being present and ready for the half-second nobody else notices until they see the print.
